By purchasing tickets to the Event, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. 2. Ticket Purchase and Admission * All ticket sales are final. Admission tickets are non-refundable unless the Event is canceled by the Organizer. * In the event of a cancellation by the Organizer, the total ticket price will be refunded to the original method of payment. * Admission tickets may be transferred or sold to another individual at the discretion of the original purchaser. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to manage the transfer. 3. Guest-Specific Items * Guest-specific items (such as VIP passes, merchandise, etc.) are refundable only if the specific guest cancels their attendance. * To redeem guest-specific items, the guest must have a valid admission ticket to the Event. * If a guest-specific item is canceled by the guest, a refund for that item will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request. 4. Conditions of Entry * All attendees must present a valid admission ticket upon entry to the Event. * The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual without a valid ticket or in violation of any other terms stated herein. 5. Event Changes * The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event schedule, lineup, or venue as necessary. Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund. * In the case of significant changes, the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to inform ticket holders in advance. 6. Liability * The Organizer is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss sustained by attendees during the Event, except where such injury, damage, or loss is caused by the negligence of the Organizer. * Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the Event, including but not limited to potential exposure to infectious diseases. 7. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Statesa, Georgia. 8.
