Halloween & Harvest Festival Organizers Have Made the Difficult Decision On Canceling Due to Recent Hurricane Destruction Across the Southeast and BioLab Chemical Plant Fire in Conyers, Georgia

(Olde Town Conyers, GA – October 13, 2024) – It is with great sadness we announce the cancellation of Halloween & Harvest Festival, initially set for October 31 to November 3, 2024, in Olde Town Conyers. This difficult decision comes after our October 5th postponement due to the hurricanes across the Southeast United States, as well as the BioLab chemical plant fire in Conyers, Georgia.

Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our fans, talent, staff, and the local community. With the widespread impact of these events-many of our attendees, partners, and performers have been directly affected—we believe it is in the best interest of all involved to cancel the downtown street festival as planned.

All orders will be refunded in the order placed back to the original payment method. There is no need for you to take any further action at this time including emails. PLEASE read the FAQ bellow.  Due to the volume and individual nature of the refunds processing, refunds will take 4-6 weeks for us to complete and up to 30 business days to reflect to your account depending on your payment method.

HALLOWEEN & HARVEST FESTIVAL CANCELLATION FAQ’s 

• Refund Request – Please do not email a request, ALL ORDERS are being refunded in the order purchased.
• Refund Process – Refunds will be issued to the method of original payment in the order purchased. Refunds will be issued for the full ticket face value and taxes paid, less any processing/service fees. You will receive a refund receipt directly from Square for your records once completed. Due to the volume and individual nature of refund processing, refunds will take 4-6 weeks for us to complete and up to 30 business days to reflect to your account depending on your payment method.
• My Payment Card number changed- Your funds will still be refunded back to your account as the original payment account. We are NOT able to change the account where a refund is sent.
• My Payment Card or Account closed – Your funds will still process to your account. Your bank or card company will send your funds as agreed to at closing. We are NOT able to change the account where a refund is sent
• My Refund Total Amount Does Not Match My Original Charge – Refunds will be issued for the full ticket face value and taxes paid, less any processing/service fees. 
• I have Multiple Purchases On The Same Card – If more than one order has been made, they will be refunded separately in the order purchased.
• How Long Will My Refund Take – Due to the volume and individual nature of refund processing, refunds will take 4-6 weeks. Depending on your payment method, once refunded, it may take up to 30 business days for your refund to be available in your account. 
• What If I Used A 3^rd Party Payment Plan Like Klarna – If you paid using a 3^rd party payment plan like Klarna or PayPal Pay in 4 once we initiate the refund the amount paid to date with be refunded and future payments will be canceled. Please review terms with your provider for more details.

What If I Do Not See My Refund – Please wait 4-6 weeks for your refund to process. Depending on your payment method, once refunded, it may take up to 30 business days for your refund to be available in your account. Once that timeframe has passed, if you don’t see your refund, please email.
